    Most nuts and seeds are nutritious and do the body good, but comparatively, watermelon seeds are nutritional superstars! They are super tasty, crazy healthy (so healthy they are being tipped as the next big superfood), and make for fantastic sprinkles on top of just about anything (savoury & sweet!). Here’s just some of the ways you can add them to your everyday recipes for a daily boost of nutrients!
